If you find that you are not receiving email from BitMEX, try the following troubleshooting steps: 


1. Check the spam filters on your mailbox. There is a chance our email may have ended up in your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders.


2. Ensure support@bitmex.com is added your email whitelist.


3. Once you have completed the above, please re-submit your request. 


4. If you are still not receiving email from us, please contact us using our support form using the email address linked to your account. We will further investigate why emails are not being delivered.
